Delivery and return policy

Diho Mobiliari i Decoració, S.L.U. checks all goods leaving the warehouse before handing them over to the carrier. Therefore, if upon receiving your order you notice that the packing box is in poor condition, you should note on the carrier’s delivery note: “Box in poor condition pending review”. It will always be convenient to take a photograph and send it to our email address info@dihocontract.com

Once it has been checked, if there is any anomaly, please contact us, preferably, within 24 hours of receipt of the order. We will then indicate the procedure to follow:

  • If the product is defective and we have it in stock, we will send you another one immediately.
  • If, on the other hand, it is not in stock at the time of the request, you may choose between waiting for the manufacturer to exchange it or replacing it with another product that we have in stock.

If the damage occurs in the goods during transport, please inform us of the incident, if possible, within 24 hours from the moment of receipt, by e-mail: info@dihocontract.com. In this e-mail you must state, as specifically as possible, the damage to the merchandise, attaching a photograph showing the damage.

As soon as we verify the incident, we will proceed with the refund.

Procedure for returning goods

All products sold may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Retail Trade Act.

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

To initiate the return, the customer must indicate the intention of the return by e-mail. Diho Mobiliari i Decoració, S.L.U. will reply by means of another e-mail specifying the precise instructions for returning the product.

The refund in the customer’s account, as a result of this return, will be made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the products at Diho Mobiliari i Decoració, SLU, in the same form of payment that was used for the purchase.

The return cannot take place, in any case, if the products supplied are used, except for the mere verification of the same.

Products must be returned properly protected, in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled by the customer) with all accessories and documentation. The original box should not have any stickers, personal inscriptions, tears or signs of tampering. Never ship directly in the original box or sleeve of the product, always protect it with an outer box or sleeve.

Cases where product return is not allowed

  • Orders with special sizes are non-returnable (special sizes outside the range of standard sizes).
  • Customized items in color or size, that is, products where different options can be selected, DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. This is due to the fact that the product is manufactured especially for the customer, in a handmade way, and once returned it is not possible to make a post-sale of the product. Along with this, you will be billed for the shipping costs, both there and back.
  • By exception, the right of withdrawal shall not apply in the case of products made to customer specifications or clearly personalized.

The products to be returned must be sent to the place specified by Diho Mobiliari i Decoració SLU following the precise instructions indicated in the return order email.

In the event that the refund is not accepted by the supplier, because it is understood that the goods to be returned have been used, they will remain in the distribution warehouse to be picked up by the customer, within a period not exceeding thirty days from their return.

The returned goods must be identified with the order number, name and address of the customer.

The costs and risks associated with the return will be borne by the sender who must send them safely and with the necessary guarantees that the returned goods arrive in perfect condition.

The refund of the purchase amount will be made for the same price for which the product/s was purchased. Diho Mobiliari i Decoració SLU will send an email to the customer confirming the refund amount.
